"The gap between where your hospital is and where it could be isn't a reflection of your dedication — it's a systems problem."
— Nidus Consultants

Real Results. Real Impact.

"I'm Dr. Ojo Inioluwa from Triumph Medical Center. Nidus Consultants came in at a time when our operations lacked structure and clear reference points, leading to a lot of guesswork in our processes. Since their intervention, they have introduced proper structure, improved clarity in job roles, and ensured that systems are organized efficiently. This has significantly enhanced not only the quality of patient care but also the overall patient experience. Their impact extended to quality assurance in both the laboratory and specialized treatment areas. Overall, they delivered excellent results."

DO

Dr. Ojo Inioluwa

Triumph Medical Center

"We engaged Nidus Consultants in September 2025 to lead a structured transformation of Triumph Medical Centre (now TMC Hospital). The mandate was clear: build functional systems, grow revenue, and position the hospital to operate with minimal owner oversight. The results speak for themselves. Our management maturity rose from 16.67% to 85.71% across all seven domains. Monthly clinic revenue grew by 326%, average revenue per encounter increased by 446%, and February 2026 closed as the strongest month in the hospital's history on every key metric. Total revenue across the six-month period was approximately ₦69.1 million. Beyond the numbers, we now have functioning HR systems, financial controls, clinical governance structures, a live EMR, formal procurement processes, and four newly onboarded HMOs, all delivered within the agreed timeline. Dr. Aladejare was thorough, transparent, and results-focused throughout. He flagged issues early, provided clear analysis, and delivered on his commitments. I recommend him without reservation to any board considering a serious institutional transformation engagement."

About Nidus Consultants

We Exist to Revolutionise
Hospital Management

From vision to viable institution, we bridge the gap Nigeria's healthcare facilities have been struggling with for decades. Over the years we have, worked with 10 hospitals, and yours could be next.

Nigeria's Healthcare Paradox

Nigeria currently ranks 145 out of 192 health systems globally. This ranking often reflects internal struggles within health institutions — poor financial performance, chaotic workflows, and inconsistent quality of care.

Many hospital owners swimming against the tide eventually face a common paradox: the institution they built to serve their community has become entirely dependent on their constant presence. Excellent clinicians, yet burdened by management complexity that never lets them rest.

"We transform hospitals from owner-dependent burdens into streamlined, profitable, and self-sustaining assets that outlive their founders."

Nidus Consultants provides a sophisticated Management-as-a-Service model designed to bridge this gap. We believe that an efficiently run institution is the cornerstone of superior patient outcomes and robust financial returns.

Our approach is built on intelligence from decades of hands-on hospital management experience, consistently delivering measurable improvements across diverse healthcare settings throughout Nigeria.

Our Services

Five Programmes.
One Transformation.

Every hospital has different problems, a different owner, a different team. But the root causes are almost always the same. We've seen them all — and we've solved them all.

See Our Services

Does This Sound Familiar?

Most hospital owners we work with say the same thing. They're working harder than ever — but the hospital isn't getting better. Here's why.

You Can't Step Away

Your hospital runs on your presence. The moment you leave for more than a few days, things start falling apart. You're the system — and that's the problem.

Revenue Keeps Leaking

You know money is leaving through billing errors, inventory waste, and uncollected revenue — but you can't find where or stop it without a full-time audit team.

Your Best Staff Leave

Talented nurses and administrators keep walking out the door. Poor management systems, unclear career paths, and toxic workflows are costing you your best people.

Compliance is a Nightmare

Regulatory requirements keep changing. Audit preparation eats weeks of management time. One compliance failure could cost you your operating licence.

No Clear Succession Plan

You've built something valuable — but you have no plan for what happens when you want to retire, relocate, or scale. The hospital is trapped by your identity.

None of these are
your fault. All of them
are fixable.

The Nidus Transformation Program™

Flagship Turnaround Solution
6 – 12 Month Engagement

Our flagship turnaround solution for hospital owners ready for comprehensive change. This is not consultancy — it's a complete institutional transformation. We don't just identify problems; we implement solutions alongside your team, building permanent capacity within your organisation.

The Transformation Program operates across four interlocking pillars, each designed to address a critical dimension of hospital performance. Unlike traditional consulting that delivers reports and walks away, our team embeds itself in your operations — working shoulder to shoulder with your management to implement real, lasting change.

Every intervention is data-driven, evidence-based, and measured against clear performance indicators agreed upon at the start of the engagement. You'll see results within 90 days.

  • Clinical Excellence — Elevating care standards through evidence-based protocols, quality improvement systems, and clinical governance frameworks that reduce errors and improve outcomes.
  • Patient Experience — Building a trusted brand through systematic service delivery improvements — from reception to discharge — that increase loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Operational Autonomy — Creating self-managing systems that function independently of owner presence — SOP libraries, delegation frameworks, and performance management tools.
  • Financial Optimisation — Converting operational inefficiencies into sustainable profit growth — revenue cycle management, cost controls, and pricing strategy aligned with your market.

"A hospital that runs like a well-oiled machine, allowing you to focus on strategic direction rather than daily firefighting."

Revenue & Compliance Shield™

Monthly Recurring Protection Service
Monthly Subscription

Continuous protection for your hospital's most critical assets. This subscription-based service provides ongoing vigilance over revenue integrity and regulatory compliance — two areas where hospitals lose the most value. We become your permanent watchdogs, catching problems before they become crises.

Most hospitals lose between 15–30% of their potential revenue to billing errors, uncollected payments, and inventory theft — without ever knowing it. At the same time, a single compliance failure can result in fines, licence suspension, or catastrophic reputational damage.

The Revenue & Compliance Shield eliminates both risks through systematic, monthly monitoring and reporting — giving you peace of mind and a continuously improving financial baseline.

  • Revenue Protection — Monthly billing and collections audits to identify and eliminate revenue leakage across all service lines
  • Compliance Monitoring — Continuous regulatory compliance checks ensuring you're always audit-ready across all applicable frameworks
  • Inventory Management — Remote verification of high-value medical supplies preventing waste, pilferage, and procurement fraud
  • Monthly executive reporting with clear metrics and recommendations
  • Priority response to emerging compliance risks or revenue anomalies

Ideal for: Owners managing multiple facilities, those with previous revenue integrity issues, or hospitals in high-compliance-risk specialties.

Clinical Excellence Academy™

12-Week Intensive Training Programme
12-Week Intensive

Transform your clinical staff into business-conscious healthcare professionals. Exceptional patient care and financial sustainability are not opposing goals — they're interdependent. This specialised training programme bridges that gap, helping your nurses and clinical staff understand how quality care directly impacts institutional success.

The Clinical Excellence Academy was developed in response to a consistent finding across our hospital engagements: clinical staff often don't understand the business implications of their decisions. Unused supplies, uncoded procedures, early discharges, and poor documentation all have direct financial consequences — consequences that could fund better salaries, better equipment, and better outcomes.

Over 12 intensive weeks, your clinical team will be transformed into performance-driven professionals who take ownership of both care quality and institutional sustainability.

  • Quality improvement methodologies and PDSA cycles
  • Patient safety protocols and adverse event prevention
  • Service excellence standards and patient experience management
  • Healthcare economics fundamentals for clinical staff
  • Performance measurement, documentation, and accountability
  • Clinical leadership development and team dynamics

"A clinical team that delivers exceptional care while understanding their role in the hospital's financial health and competitive positioning."

Build a Career That
Transforms Healthcare

We're looking for sharp, driven, and values-led professionals who want to do the most meaningful work of their careers — fixing Nigeria's hospitals from the inside out.

Why Work With Us?

We don't just offer jobs. We offer a front-row seat to transforming one of Nigeria's most critical sectors — with a team that's genuinely excellent at what they do.

High-Impact Work

Every engagement you touch will directly affect how hundreds — sometimes thousands — of patients receive care. This work matters in ways most careers never do.

Accelerated Growth

Work across multiple hospitals, disciplines, and challenges simultaneously. You'll build more management expertise in 2 years here than most professionals gain in a decade.

Exceptional Team

You'll work alongside people with 100+ combined years of healthcare management experience — and a culture that values intellectual rigour, candour, and excellence.

Continuous Learning

Structured learning, peer-reviewed research contributions, conference attendance, and access to the full Nidus methodology library — we invest in your development.

Purpose-Driven Culture

Our V.I.S.C.C.E.R.A values aren't wall art. They govern how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for clients and patients every single day.

Growing Organisation

We're scaling aggressively from 10 to 50 hospital engagements by 2031. Early team members will grow into leadership roles as the organisation expands.

What We Believe

We believe that management is a clinical intervention. When a hospital is well-run, patients get better care, staff thrive, and owners can sleep at night. That conviction drives everything we do.

We hire people who are genuinely curious, who ask why before they ask how, and who aren't satisfied with surface-level fixes. We value the person who will push back in a meeting and then work all night to get it right.

We're building an organisation that will outlast us — and we want team members who understand that building something great requires patience, discipline, and an obsessive commitment to quality.

"We don't just want employees. We want builders — people who see what healthcare in Nigeria could be and won't stop until it gets there."
